About the Role This role is more than admin support. It directly enables safe, well-maintained facilities where young people can connect, grow, and belong. By keeping information accurate, responding to requests, and supporting day-to-day operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clubs are places where community impact happens every day. About You You’ll have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while still keeping work accurate and well organised. Strong communication skills will see you comfortable liaising with both contractors and internal stakeholders to keep things moving and resolve issues effectively. You’re also someone who works well independently, takes ownership of your work, and is proactive in managing your responsibilities and outcomes. What You Bring You bring a strong mix of practical experience, attention to detail, and the ability to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated technical experience in facilities maintenance and repairs Proven ability to manage a high volume of administrative work with excellent attention to detail High-level communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Ability to travel across the state as required Hold a current unrestricted driver’s licence Hold (or able to obtain prior to commencement) a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and consent to a National Police Check The full Job Description is available below.
